E2E测试在直线加速器质量控制中的应用

Application of end-to-end testing in quality control of linear accelerator

摘要 目的探讨端对端(E2E)测试在直线加速器放射治疗质量控制中的应用,验证其可行性,为加速器质量控制提供一种新方法。方法采用放射治疗专用Philips Brilliance 16排大孔径CT模拟定位机获取Lucy头颈部模体影像,传输到Eclipse v.7.6(Varian Medical Systems)治疗计划系统进行图像重建,按照E2E测试计划要求设计调强计划。将装有EBT3胶片的Lucy头颈部模体分别置于Varian 23EX、Varian iX、Varian 600CD 3台直线加速器上,模拟执行计划。计划执行完毕后取出照射胶片,利用扫描仪扫描胶片,通过E2E软件分析扫描胶片给出测试结果。结果 Varian 23EX在左右方向偏差(Δx)、前后方向偏差(Δy)、头脚方向偏差(Δz)分别为(-0.41±0.25) mm、(-0.50±0.31) mm、(0.85±0.31) mm;Varian i X在Δx、Δy、Δz分别为(-0.35±0.69) mm、(0.09±0.26) mm、(1.14±0.44) mm;Varian 600CD在Δx、Δy、Δz分别为(0.00±0.61) mm、(-1.00±0.68) mm、(0.12±1.30) mm,Varian 23EX、Varian iX、Varian 600CD 3台直线加速器治疗总偏差分别为(1.13±0.22) mm、(1.39±0.13) mm、(1.64±0.28) mm,均满足加速器治疗偏差≤2 mm的要求。结论E2E测试应用于直线加速器放射治疗质量控制是可行的,测试结果是可信的,对于加速器综合质量控制具有非常高的使用价值。 Objective To explore the value of end-to-end(E2 E)testing in radiation therapy quality control for medical linear accelerator and verity its feasibility,providing new method for the quality control of linear accelerator.Methods The Philips Brilliance 16-row big bore CT simulation was used to acquire images of Lucy phantom,then images was transferred to Eclipse v.7.6(Varian Medical Systems)treatment planning system for reconstruction.According to requirements of E2 E testing,the Intensity-modulated radiation therapy plan was designed.The plan for phantom equipped with EBT3 films were carried out at Varian 23 EX,Varian i X,Varian 600 CD Linac,respectively.The irradiated films were scanned and E2 E testing software was used to show the test results.Results The set-up error at the direction of left(Δx),front(Δy)and top(Δz)for Varian 23 EX were(-0.41±0.25)mm,(-0.50±0.31)mm and(0.85±0.31)mm,respectively.The set-up error at direction ofΔx,Δy,Δz for Varian iX were(-0.35±0.69)mm,(0.09±0.26)mm and(1.14±0.44)mm,respectively.The set-up error at direction ofΔx,Δy,Δz for Varian 600 CD were(0.00±0.61)mm,(-1.00±0.68)mm and(0.12±1.30)mm,respectively.The comprehensive error for Varian 23 EX,Varian i X,Varian 600 CD Linac were(1.13±0.22)mm,(1.39±0.13)mm and(1.64±0.28)mm,respectively,which met requirements of treatment error≤2 mm for medical linear accelerator.Conclusion It is demonstrated that E2 E testing could be used in quality control for linear accelerator,and the test result is reliable.It has the higher application value for comprehensive quality control of medical linear accelerator.
