松散堆积体隧道围岩超前注浆技术 被引量:7

摘要 为解决隧道穿越松散堆积体时的超前加固难题,依托云南省华丽高速公路罗打拉隧道,将水泥等材料按一定添加比配制一种针对该地层的新型膏状注浆材料。通过试验段表明:将普通硅酸盐水泥(42. 5R)与水、水泥、聚乙二醇混合后的浆液,通过隧道拱部120°范围内超前小导管注入地层,当注浆压力达到1. 5~2. 0MPa时,可取得理想的加固效果。采用上述浆材加固松散体地层,浆液能有效充填块石之间的空隙,使地层中的块石胶结,形成结石体,地层得到良好加固。监控量测的结果显示,采用新型浆材注浆的断面拱顶沉降较小,且变形可更快趋于稳定。 In order to solve the problem of advance reinforcement when the tunnel passes through loose accumulated masses,a new paste grouting material for this stratum is prepared by adding cement and other materials according to a certain ratio,relying on Luodala Tunnel of Huaping-Lijiang Expressway in Yunnan.The test section shows that when the grouting pressure of ordinary Portland cement(42.5 R)mixed with water,cement and polyethylene glycol is between 1.5 MPa and 2.0 MPa,the ideal reinforcement effect can be achieved by grouting into the stratum through small pipes in advance within120°of tunnel arch.The slurry can effectively fill the voids between the rocks,cementing the rocks in the formation,forming the stone body,and the formation is well reinforced.The monitoring results show that the settlement of vault roof with new grouting material is smaller and the deformation tends to be stable faster.
