摘要
为保证管片拼装质量和盾构施工安全,在大直径盾构机制造和组装过程中,需对盾尾尺寸进行测量,以保证其满足设计公差要求。对测量和计算过程进行阐述,并通过在某海湾隧道工程大直径盾构机组装过程中的成功运用,为盾构机等大型设备制造安装过程中尺寸控制提供快速、精密的测量方法。
To ensure the quality of the segment assembly and the safety of the shield construction,high precision measurements should be made for the size of the shield tail in the process of manufacturing and assembling large diameter shields,guarantee the size of the shield tail to meet the design tolerance requirements. The measurement and calculation process is described, and through the successful application of the large-diameter shield machine in a bay tunnel project,this paper provides a fast and precise measurement method for the dimensional control during the manufacturing and installation of large equipment such as shield machines.
