摘要
为解决高速铁路衬砌混凝土不密实、背后脱空、厚度不足及拱顶掉块等病害,结合某高速铁路隧道衬砌病害施工处治实践经验,对套衬及注浆施工工艺、质量控制、既有铁路线安全防护措施进行研究。针对运营铁路隧道内作业天窗时间短、空间小的特点,制定详细可行的措施,在确保高速铁路运营安全的前提下,实现对衬砌病害的有效处治。
In order to solve the problems of high-speed railway lining concrete uncompacted,back void,insufficient thickness and arch block falling,combined with a high-speed railway tunnel lining disease treatment practice experience,study lining and grouting construction technology,quality control,safety protection measures.In view of the short time and small space of the operating sunroof in the railway tunnel,detailed and feasible measures are formulated to achieve effective treatment of lining diseases under the premise of ensuring the safety of high-speed railway operation.
