摘要
针对王行庄煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度低、纯量小等难题,提出"两堵一注"与定点封孔抽采瓦斯联合应用工艺。现场应用表明:"两堵一注"与定点封孔两种封孔工艺的瓦斯抽采率均比矿方原有卷缠聚氨酯防水法高;"两堵一注"更适用于岩层赋存条件相对稳定、无构造影响的巷道,定点封孔更适合于裂隙发育程度较高的巷道。
In view of the problems of low gas concentration and small gas purity in gas drainage boreholes in Wangxingzhuang Coal Mine,a combined application process of'two plugs and one injection'and fixed-point sealing and gas extraction is proposed.The field application shows that Gas drainage efficiency of'two plugging and one injection'and fixed point sealing are higher than that of the original rolling polyurethane waterproofing method;'two plugs and one injection'is more suitable for roadways with relatively stable rock strata and no structural influence,and fixed-point sealing is more suitable for roadways with high fracture development.
