摘要
介绍了镁质抗裂剂配制补偿收缩混凝土以及在某地下工程中的应用技术。针对该工程的结构尺寸及当地季节气候特点,确定了镁质抗裂剂的活性指标与用量,通过补偿收缩混凝土的配合比优化、施工质量控制和选择合适的养护方式等一系列技术措施,该项目周长约3 000m的地下外墙、结构底板和顶板均未发现有害裂缝与渗漏,混凝土裂缝控制效果显著,实现了混凝土结构自防水,对混凝土的结构耐久性提供了保障。
The shrinkage compensating concrete was compounded by Magnesium Anti-cracking Agent,and this applied technology in an underground building is introduced,according to the structure size of the project and local seasonal climate characteristics,the activity index and content of Magnesium Anti-cracking Agent were determined,through a series of technical measures,such as optimization of mix proportion of shrinkage compensating concrete,construction quality control and selection of appropriate curing methods,etc,no harmful cracks and leakage were found on the external wall,structural floor and roof of this project with the perimeter of about 3 000 meters,the concrete crack control effect is remarkable,the self-waterproof of the concrete structure is realized,and the durability of the concrete structure is guaranteed.
