摘要
桥梁墩柱施工中,模板的安全性对混凝土浇筑尤其重要,对于高度较高的桥梁墩柱往往一次性浇筑混凝土的高度较大,对模板的作用力也较大。本文以某特大桥项目的大直径圆形墩柱模板结构为研究对象,建立有限元模型,分别对模板在混凝土初凝前、初凝后拆模前、拆模时3种工况下的受力进行了计算分析。
In the construction of bridge pier,the safety of the template is especially important for concrete pouring.For the high-height bridge pier,the high of one-time pouring concrete is larger,and the force on the template is also greater.In this paper,the template structure of large diameter circular pier of a large bridge is studied,the finite element model is set up,the calculation and analysis of the force is made in three conditions which are before initial setting of concrete,after initial setting and before opening template,dismantling template.It is hoped that the research provides reference for the future in-depth study of the template.
