摘要
目前我国住宅建筑以混凝土结构为主,在国家政策的鼓励下,推动钢结构住宅的发展不但可以化解过剩的钢铁产能,钢结构住宅还能提供更好的建筑品质。加之国家对装配式这种建造方式的大力推广,钢结构有着自身的独特优势而更适应这种建造方式。本文详细介绍了钢结构住宅抗侧力体系的分类,分析各类体系的适用范围和优劣势;并对各种抗侧力体系的研究进展进行梳理。在我国建筑工业化转型升级之时,结合我国现阶段建筑工业化水平,探讨钢结构住宅在我国的发展前景。
The residential buildings are mainly reinforced concrete structure in China at present.Under the encouragement of national policy,the development of steel residential buildings can resolve the steel over capacity problem.And the steel residential buildings may provide better living quality.Additionally,the steel structure is more suitable for assembly construction.This paper discusses the advantage and applicability of different lateral resistant systems,review the research progress.Finally,the development of steel residential building is discussed.
