摘要
首先阐述了深圳市建筑工程质量监督和检测中心实验业务楼综合整治工程的改造背景,其次详细介绍了基于气候生物学的改造设计方案,通过气候环境分析、人体舒适度分析的气候生物学分析,采取墙体热性能提升、窗体热性能提升、建筑外遮阳、自然通风等被动式节能策略技术,最后对项目综合绿色改造的经验进行了提炼和总结。
This paper first describes the background of the transformation of Shenzhen City Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and inspection center of the business building comprehensive renovation project,followed by a detailed introduction of the design of transformation based on the biology of climate,climate and environment analysis,through the analysis of human comfort climate and biological analysis,take the wall thermal performance,and enhance the thermal performance of building external shading form natural ventilation strategies,passive energy saving technology,the comprehensive transformation of the green project experience are refined and summarized.
