岩溶发育地区摩擦失效嵌岩桩施工过程病害处治技术

摘要 随着城市的发展,基础设施向着城市边缘延伸,从而在建设中不可避免地会遇到岩溶发育地区。在复杂岩溶地区,特别是存在串珠式溶洞、裂隙节理高度发育的地区进行桩基的施工,常伴随着钻进困难、塌孔、漏浆、潜在滑动面滑动和钢护筒变形病害等问题。结合施工中所遇到的工程难题,采用超前钻预注浆维护基坑稳定;采用部分摩擦失效钻孔灌注嵌岩桩解决潜在滑动面的安全隐患;采用双层隔离钢护筒处治技术解决钢护筒变形的问题;针对大粒径成渣发明了改良气举法清孔排渣工艺,能为日后在岩溶地区施工中遇到的类似问题提供借鉴。 The city's infrastructure extends to the edge of the city with the development of the city,Thus karst areas inevitably encounter in the development of Construction activities. In complex karst areas,In particular,the existence of beaded cave,fracture joints highly developed areas,the pile foundation constructions often accompany with drilling difficulties,collapse holes,leakage of plasma,the potential slip surface sliding and steel casing deformation and other issues. This article combines the engineering problems encountered in the construction,we use advanced drilling pre-grouting to envelope pit stabilization; We adopt the bored pile with lateral friction resistance to solve the potential safety hazard of the sliding surface; The use of double steel casing treatment technology solve the problem of steel casing deformation; We invented an improved Gas-Lift-Method to clear away large size stones. It can provide reference for the similar problems encountered in the construction of karst areas in the future.
