摘要
名山大桥钢箱梁设计为正交异性桥面板流线型扁平钢箱梁,最大跨680m,大跨径下钢箱梁受力结构复杂,通过采用多种重点工艺控制钢箱梁制造线形和结构尺寸,使钢箱梁架设后实际线形和设计线形偏差最小,减小因制造偏差而产生的安装应力,提高桥梁安全系数,是本文着重介绍内容。
Mingshan bridge steel box girder design streamlined flat steel box girder of orthotropic bridge panel. the largest span is 680 m,long-span steel box girder becns complicated mechanical structure. Adopting a variety of key process control steel box girder manufacturing line and structure size,the actual line and design line after making the steel box girder erection deviation minimum,which reduce the installation of the stress due to manufacturing deviation,improve safety coefficient,bridge is emphatically introduced in this paper.
