为确保重载铁路隧道通车后永久运营安全,研究解决隧道二次衬砌施工常见质量问题,结合在蒙华重载铁路隧道二次衬砌施工现场质量控制的实践,详细介绍隧道二次衬砌各工序施工质量现场控制要点,形成了施工现场质量控制的标准。通过在重载铁路隧道二次衬砌施工中实践现场质量控制标准和要点,施工过程控制明显改观,提高了隧道二次衬砌总体施工质量,为隧道通车运营安全提供了保障。
In order to ensure the heavy-haul railway tunnel permanent operation safety,the important quality problems of tunnel secondary lining construction are researched and solved. Taking the practice tunnel secondary lining quality control in the construction in Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi heavy-haul railway as example,the main construction quality control points of the secondary lining processes in the tunnel are introduced in detail. The standard of construction site quality control has been formed. Through the practice of on-site quality control standards and main points in the secondary lining construction of heavy-haul railway tunnel,the construction process controlling is obviously improved,The overall quality of tunnel secondary lining construction has been improved. provides a guarantee for tunnel operation safety.
