摘要
反应堆厂房环形起重机(以下简称环吊)是核电站核岛内最大的钢结构设备,550t液压提升装置属于国内自主研发,首次应用于华龙技术,主要用于安装、运行和退役阶段核电主设备的吊装。依托核电站项目工程建设,对液压提升装置工作原理和环吊安装小车应用的研究,通过产品制造控制、出厂试验等重点验证的检查,最终实现自主设计和国产化液压提升装置的控制目标,确保核电站项目一级里程碑节点顺利实施和落地。
The ring crane of the reactor building( hereinafter referred to as the ring crane) is the largest steel structure in the nuclear power plant. The 550 t hydraulic lifting device belongs to the domestic independent research and development,and is first applied to Hualong technology,mainly for the installation,operation and decommissioning stage of the main equipment of nuclear power. Based on the project construction of the nuclear power plant,the work principle of the hydraulic lifting device and the application of the ring crane installation are studied. Through the inspection of the key verification of the product manufacturing control and the factory test,the control target of the autonomous design and the domestic hydraulic lifting device is finally realized,and the milestone joint of the nuclear power station project is successfully realized.
