大同御河桥工程拱脚外部装饰板为双曲面结构形式,加工制作难度大,通过对结构体系的分析,采取合理分段划分,进行有效的曲面展开,最终通过样箱制作进行成形检验,很好地解决了制作中的难题,保障了工程的顺利加工制作。
The Datong river bridge arch foot exterior trim panel is a hyperboloid structure form,manufacturing process is very difficult. According to analysis of structural system,authors take reasonable division,carry out effective surface expansion,finally through the sample box making for forming inspection,good solution to the problem of making,guarantee the smooth processing and manufacture of the project.
