摘要
由力学概念分析可知,大量水化热易使混凝土出现裂缝。所以对大体积混凝土工程必须尽量设法减少混凝土水化作用放出的热量。利用Midas软件计算基坑27个开挖阶段的应力、温度的数据,再通过数值分析了解内衬混凝土水化热温度场分布规律,得到内衬的各参数取值。经过计算可知,在整个施工过程中,内衬结构的最大压应力会达到10MPa左右,可以满足施工的强度要求。
From the analysis of the concept of mechanics,hydration heat leads that the concrete tends more easily to crack. So the mass concrete project must try to reduce the heat released by the concrete hydration. The calculation area and boundary condition of the foundation are determined by using the MIDAS software. Then,the distribution of the thermal field of the hydration heat of the lined concrete and the parameters of the lining are obtained by numerical analysis. It can be seen from the calculation,throughout the construction process,the maximum compressive stress of the lining structure will reach about 10 MPa,which can meet the strength requirements.
