劲性结构梁柱节点区施工一直是超高层施工中的重难点,因其断面尺寸及钢筋密集制约,钢筋绑扎及混凝土浇筑质量控制难度大,而永威·时代中心项目创新式的提出以环带钢板替代劲性结构梁柱节点区箍筋施工技术,大幅降低施工难度,提升施工工效。主要阐述了该施工技术的工艺流程、操作要点及质量控制。
Beam-column node zone construction of steel composite structure has always been the difficulty in the high rise building construction. The technology of replacing stirrup construction with band steel plate in the beam-column node zone can greatly reduce the difficulty construction. This article mainly expounds the technological process,operating key points and promotion prospects about this construction technology.
