摘要
以某异形宽幅高架桥为例,利用大型有限元软件Midas/Civil进行钢箱梁顶推施工仿真分析。通过分析变截面钢箱梁在顶推施工过程中的受力性能、临时墩支座反力、扭转变形和关键位置应力等,以此研究整个钢箱梁顶推施工研究。分析结果表明:顶推过程中,支座最大反力和钢箱梁最大应力均出现在悬臂最大状态,异形宽幅钢箱梁在自重荷载下,会出现扭转的现象,同一截面的主要控制点位移值相差较大。
With a special-shaped wide steel box girder viaduct as an example,pushing construction simulation analysis was done by the finite element software Midas/Civil. Through the analysis of variable cross section of steel box girder in jacking construction process stress performance,temporary pier bearing force,torsional deformation and stress of the key position,the incremental launching construction research was studied. The analysis results showed that the process of pushing,bearing force and the maximum stress of steel box girder were found in the maximum cantilever state,special-shaped wide steel box girder subjected to self weight,will appear to reverse the phenomenon,the same cross section displacement of the main control points have great difference.
