浅析钢厂烧结大型鼓风式环冷机短停机时间快速大修技巧 被引量:1

摘要 钢厂大型设备在线大修时,为保障生产,降低停机成本,对停机施工时间往往有严格的限制。运用精益运营工具SMED(单分换模)原理,优化工序,把大量的工作放在非停机时段完成,尽量减少停机时段的施工量从而缩短停机时间是未来同类施工发展的趋势。以某钢厂460m2鼓风式环冷机短停机时间快速大修为例,介绍精益运营及工序优化在钢厂检修领域的应用。 When large equipment of steel mill is in line for overhaul,in order to reduce the cost of production and guarantee production,it usually has strict limit for the downtime construction. Using the principle of lean operation tool SMED,optimizing the process,putting a lot of work on the non stop time to complete,as far as possible to reduce the time of the construction and shorten the downtime are the trend of future similar construction development. Taking a steel ring 460 square meters blast cooler short stop time fast overhaul as an example,the lean operation and process optimization in plant maintenance field of application was introduced.
