摘要
目前BIM技术在施工建筑项目中占有率不断提升,然而国内尚处于起步阶段。随着住房和城乡建设部在"十二五"中提出加快BIM技术在国内工程中的应用,以及"走出去"的国内建筑企业越来越多,国内建筑企业越来越多地开始适应项目BIM管理"新常态"。以科威特国民银行项目BIM技术的应用为例,重点介绍了海外工程BIM管理的执行流程、分阶段协作、多专业交互模式等。
Nowadays,BIM construction management has been executed into practice at an ever increasing rate,whereas yet began to develop in China. After announced to speed up the popularization of BIM by Ministry of Housing and UrbanRural Development and the increasing of global trades of construction,the Chinese companies are studying and accommodating to a new time of‘BIM-Construction'. It is adopted as an instance that the execution of BIM at National Bank of Kuwait project,which explained the typical procedures,coordination in all stages,interactivity of all trades during overseas construction in this paper.
