摘要
研究了再生骨料取代率对再生骨料混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明:对于C30,C50,C60强度等级的再生骨料混凝土,再生骨料的取代率在80%以下时,其抗渗性能保持不变;当取代率达到100%时,抗渗性能略微下降;对于C60强度等级再生骨料混凝土随再生骨料取代率的增加,相对动弹性模量下降,质量损失增加。当取代率为100%时,相对动弹性模量下降为77.0%,质量损失为1.30%,但仍然满足抗冻指标的要求;对于C30,C50,C60强度等级的再生骨料混凝土,随着再生骨料取代率的增加,碳化深度增大,其中再生骨料取代率为60%时,达到了最高值。
Effects of substitution rate of recycle aggregate on durability were studied in this paper. The results showed that the impermeability of recycle aggregate concrete stayed unchanged when the substitution rate of recycle aggregate below80% at all experiment and decreased when at rate of 100%,and the frost resistance met the state value at all experiment.The mass loss increased and relative dynamic modulus decreased with the increasing of recycled aggregate replacement rate,when the replacement rate was 100%,the mass loss was 1. 30% and the relative dynamic modulus was 77. 0%,which met the frost resistance index requirements. The carbonation depth increased with the increasing of recycled aggregate replacement rate,when the replacement rate was 60%,the highest value of carbonation depth was reached.
