摘要
武汉机场新建跑道原河流段区域采用淤泥透镜体强夯置换施工技术。淤泥透镜体一般埋藏较深,难以直接挖除,通过混石置换桩进行复合地基处理以提高地基承载力。针对施工特点,介绍了施工工艺原理、施工工艺流程及操作要点、质量控制要点,并对施工中出现的强夯面反弹严重等现象进行了分析研究及应对措施。结果表明,工程质量符合国家规范及设计要求,确保了跑道地基处理的质量安全。
At the original fluvial area of the newly-built runway in Wuhan Airport,the construction technology of dynamic consolidation replacement for the sludge lens body is adopted. The sludge lens body is usually located so deep that it is difficult to remove directly. The bearing capacity of foundation will be improved through the treatment on composite foundation based on the mixed stone altering piles. For the construction characters,the principle and process of construction techniques and the key points of operation and quality control are herein introduced. Furthermore,for the phenomenon of serious rebound at the surface of dynamic consolidation and etc,during the construction activities,it is well analyzed,studied and coped with measurements. As indicated by the result,the quality of the construction work conforms to the requirements of national standard specification and design,which also ensures the safety of foundation treatment for the runway.
