摘要
结合援外工程面临的新形势,分析援外工程的特殊之处和面临的风险,通过总结援非洲某工程项目管理经验,从工程保险、成本、合同三方面对援外工程施工前的筹划工作做了阐述。
Combining with the new conditions of assistance project,this paper analyzes the particularity and the risk of the assistance project. And then states the viewpoint of the assistance project of pre-construction preparations from the construction project,the cost and the contract by the experience of project management of a project in Africa.
