摘要
城市交通给人们出行带来了极大便利,但是汽车尾气对城市空气环境造成了严重的污染。以光催化材料纳米二氧化钛为基础材料,将其与硅丙乳液以一定的质量比配合形成混合环保涂料,在不影响市政基础附属设施正常服务功能的前提下,将这种光触媒涂料用在汽车尾气浓度比较大的地区。试验结果表明,环保涂料能有效降低尾气中的氮氧化合物(NOx),同时试验了环保涂料在光照条件、不同配合比、重复降解等因素下的降解效能。
The rapid development of city traffic has brought great convenience for people,but automobile exhaust caused severe pollution to city air environment. This paper takes the photo catalytic materials Nanocrystalline Ti O2 as based materials,which is mixed with the silicone acrylate emulsion with a certain mix proportion to form environmental protection material,it is used in automobile exhaust gas concentration and relatively large area in the premise of not affecting the municipal foundation affiliated facilities normal service function. The laboratory test results of surface,environmental protection coating can effectively reduce the nitrogen oxides in the tail gas( NOx),and show the degradation efficiency of green paint in light condition and different matching factors,repeated degradation.
