摘要
客运专线工程对于桥涵等主要承重结构,设计使用年限为100年,为满足其耐久性要求,必须采用高性能混凝土。研究了高性能混凝土在石太铁路客运专线工程中的应用情况,试验配制了不同水胶比的混凝土,检测了混凝土工作性、力学性能、耐久性和抗裂性。高性能混凝土需要采用低水胶比,选用优质原材料,掺加足够数量的矿物掺和料和高效外加剂。
Passenger line engineering for the main load-bearing structure and so on,its design life uses for 100 years. In order to meet the durability requirements,the high-performance concrete must be used. This paper researched the application of high-performance concrete in engineering of Shijinzhuang-Taiyuan passenger line,experimenting with different water binder ratio of making high-performance concrete,testing the concrete workability,mechanical properties,durability and crack resistance detection. High-performance concrete must be compounded with low water cement ratio and high quality raw materials,and be mixed with a sufficient number of mineral admixture and high efficient additives.
