摘要
用ELISA法对39只次发情雌性大熊猫尿中雌酮(E1G)和19只次产前大熊猫、6只次假孕大熊猫尿中孕酮(P4)的含量进行测定、统计分析,结果表明:(1)雌性成体大熊猫,发情期多在2—5月份,尿中E1G/Cr由基础值<12ng/mg开始上升,达峰值需8—15d,平均12d。E1G/Cr峰值>60ng/mg,峰值下降12h内进行首次本交、人工授精或两者交替配种,受孕率达100%;峰值下降12—24h内进行首次本交、人工授精或两者交替配种,受孕率达83 3%;峰值下降24h后进行首次配种,受孕率为0。E1G/Cr峰值<60ng/mg的发情雌性大熊猫,无论在峰前、峰值下降时或峰后进行首次配种,受孕率都为0。(2)大熊猫产仔季节一般多在7—9月份,妊娠期多为108—184d,平均150d。有妊娠行为表现时P4/Cr由基础值<12ng/mg开始上升,达峰值时平均需30d,P4/Cr峰值>60ng/mg。大熊猫产前9—18d出现P4/Cr峰值,然后急剧下降,达产仔平均需14d。(3)假孕大熊猫由配种到假孕结束所需时间与真孕无显著性差异。在整个假孕期间,P4/Cr波动性大,峰值不太明显,假孕行为表现持续时间平均为41d。
Estrone βDGlucurojnide(E1G)level in 39 estrus female giant pandas urine samples,progesterone(P4) level in 19 antenatal female giant pandas urine samples and that in 6 pseudopregnant female giant pandas urine samples were studied and analyzed by ELISA.The results showed that:1)Female giant pandas estrus period is always from March to May.It lasts 815 days,during which the E1G/Cr level in urine rises from a base level(<12 ng/mg) to a peak(>60 ng/mg).The average length of estrus is 12 days and the highest E1G/Cr peak level is 799 ng/mg(±108 ng/mg).Following each peak comes a sudden drop in hormone levels,after which giant pandas mating three spearate times:once in 12 hours,once randomly between the 12 and 24 hour marks,and once 24 hours later.The impregnation rate is 100%,833% and 0%,consecutively.When the peak is lower than 50 ng/mg,pregnancy is not achieved.2)The birthing season of giant pandas is from July to September.Gestation ranges from 108 days to 184 days,and is on an average 150 days.Early on in gestation,the P4/Cr level is lower than 12 ng/mg.As the level rises,a panda begins to exhibit behaviors common to pregnancy.After about 30 days the hormone peaks(>60 ng/mg).9-18 days(average 14 days)before giving birth,the P4/Cr level drops sharply.3)The (pseudo) gestation period of pseudopregnant pandas is not significantly different than that of pregnant pandas.However,in pseudopregnancy,the P4/Cr levels fluctuate and lack a significant peak.On an average,psuedopregnant pandas exhibit pregnantlike behavior for 41 days.
