摘要
为研究新的有机溶剂染色体系,将棉织物的一端浸入到含有不同质量浓度染料的5种CCl_4体积分数的CCl_4-水体系染液中,测试了棉织物的动态芯吸高度,以及棉织物吸附染料后的K/S值。结果表明:相同染料质量浓度下,CCl_4体积分数越大,棉织物的芯吸高度越大,棉织物吸附染料后的K/S值越大;相同CCl_4体积分数下,棉织物吸附染料后的K/S值随染料质量浓度的增大而增大。
In order to study new organic solvent dyeing system,one end of the cotton fabric is immersed in five kinds of CCl4 volumefraction of CCl4-water system dye solution.The dynamic wicking height of cotton fabrics and theK/Svalue of cotton fabrics after adsorbingdyes are tested.The results show that both theK/Svalue of cotton fabrics after adsorbing dyes and the wicking height of cotton fabrics en-hance with the increase of the volume fraction of CCl4 in the case of the same dye mass concentration.When the volume fraction of CCl4 is thesame,with the increase of dye mass concentration,theK/Svalue of the cotton fabrics after adsorbing dyes improves.
