摘要
在高速化纺纱的需求下,高效高速纺纱势在必行,全程等螺距卷绕是保证实现纺纱高速优化的前提之一,细纱机全程等螺距卷绕数学模型的提出满足了高速化纺纱的需要,基于积极式(丝杆)钢领板升降形式的精确卷绕方式使等螺距卷绕数学模型精确运用得以实现,从而大幅提升了纺纱生产效率。
In the need of high production,high speed spinning is imperative. Constant pitch winding is one of the basics for high speed spinning. A mathematical model of constant pitch winding during the whole spinning was provided,and a set of ring rail lifting system driven by controlled screw rod,and the application of this model was tested. The test confirmed that the yarn quality was excellent and the production efficiency was improved obviously.
