摘要
油管的工作环境较差,受力复杂,要求螺纹联接可靠、密封性好。笔者根据多年的油管加工与现场实践经验,从原材料、管体和接箍的加工、接箍螺纹的处理、机紧接箍、螺纹脂等几方面初步分析了油管联接性能的影响因素,并分别提出了相应的建议。
The servicing environment of tubing is very execrable and bears complicated forces, which needs reliable connection and excellent hermetic seal. According to the experience of machining tubing and practice, the influencing factors for connecting performance from raw material, pipe machining, coupling machining and heat treatment, thread compounds etc,are preliminary analyzed.And some propositions are put forward correspondingly.
