摘要
传统医学的整体观确保了针灸诊疗方向的正确性,但缺乏还原论补充下的整体论也有其明显的不足。系统科学提倡整体论与还原论的辩证统一,根据系统论的基本思想,对于问题的研究和认识应当从"向下"和"向上"两个方向展开,从局部和整体两个方向进行探索,在系统各部分的联系性、动态性、相互作用中认识和把握整体。现代针灸学的辨病治疗立足于病理过程各个环节的互动关系,而非拘泥于病灶本身,即明确病理过程各个环节的相互影响,并系统性地优化针灸治疗方案。现代针灸学诊疗思路充分体现了系统论"局部认识"和"整体认识"相统一的基本思想,系统科学原理也为深刻理解针刺调节作用的基本特点和基本机制提供了有效的理论工具。
The holism of traditional medicine ensures the correct direction of acupuncture-moxibustion diagnosis and treatment.However,without the supplement of the reductionism,such holism also has its obvious shortcomings.System science advocates the dialectical unity of holism and reductionism.According to this basic idea of system theory,the research and understanding of the problem should be carried out'downward'and'upward',and be explored from both local and global scales,to understand and grasp the unity based on the relationship,dynamics and interaction of the various parts of the system.Modern acupuncture and moxibustion is based on the interactive relationship of every link of pathological process,rather than aiming at the local lesion.It means that the interactive relationship of every link of pathological process should be defined and the treatment plan of acupuncture and moxibustion should be optimized systemically.The diagnosis and treatment thinking of modern acupuncture and moxibustion theory fully embodies the basic thought that'local cognition'and'overall cognition'are integrated in the system theory,and the principle of system science also provides an effective theoretical tool for understanding the basic characteristics and mechanism of acupuncture.
