摘要
目的观察类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血浆Ghrelin水平变化,并探讨其与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗-CCP)的关系。方法选取RA患者105例作为RA组,关节无变形(1级)39例,关节轻度变形(2级)45例,关节严重变形(3级)21例。健康体检者120例作为对照组。抽取两组空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆Ghrelin、抗-CCP水平,采用免疫比浊法检测C反应蛋白(CRP),采用透射比浊法检测类风湿因子(RF),采用魏氏法检测ESR,采用电阻抗法检测血小板(PLT)。结果 RA组血浆Ghrelin水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);随着关节变形级别的增加,血浆Ghrelin水平逐渐降低,3级者<2级者<1级者(P均<0.05);RA组中,血浆Ghrelin水平与CRP、RF、抗抗-CCP呈明显负相关(r分别为-0.511、-0.302、-0.527,P均<0.05),对照组中血浆Ghrelin水平仅与CRP呈负相关(r=-0.221,P<0.05)。结论 RA患者血浆Ghrelin水平明显降低,Ghrelin水平与关节变形程度、CRP、RF、抗-CCP存在一定的相关性。
Objective To observe the changes in level of plasma Ghrelin in patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA)and to investigate the correlations between it and serum C-reactive protein( CRP),rheumatoid factor( RF) and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide( anti-CCP) antibody. Methods We recruited 105 cases of patients with RA as the RA group including 39 cases of joint without distortion( level 1),45 cases of mild joint deformation( level 2) and 21 cases of severe joint deformation( level 3),and 120 cases of healthy people as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of Ghrelin and anti-CCP antibodies,the immunonephelometry was applied to detect C-reactive protein( CRP),the turbidimetry was used to detect the rheumatoid factor( RF),Westergren method was used to detect ESR,and electrical impedance was applied to detect the platelet( PLT). Results In the RA group,the plasma Ghrelin level was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the more severe the degree of joint deformity,the lower of the plasma Ghrelin level,Level 3 < level 2 < level 1( all P < 0. 05). In the RA group,the plasma Ghrelin level was negatively correlated with CRP,RF and anti-CCP antibody( r =- 0. 511,- 0. 302 and- 0. 527; all P < 0. 05). In the control group,the plasma Ghrelin level was only negatively correlated with CRP( r =- 0. 221,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The plasma Ghrelin level was significant decreased in patients with RA,and it was correlated with the degree of deformation of the joints,CRP,RF and anti-CCP antibody.
