氧化应激过程中信号转导通路的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 氧化应激(OS)与机体多种病理过程有关,体内氧化系统和抗氧化系统的调控水平失衡导致OS产生大量活性氧(ROS),ROS除了对细胞产生直接的损害外还可以激活多种OS通路和抗OS通路,间接加重或者减轻组织的损伤程度。本文综述了OS过程中涉及的核因子E2相关因子2-Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1-抗氧化反应序列元件通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B通路及Toll样受体介导的信号转导通路,旨在为OS相关疾病的抗氧化剂药物治疗提供理论依据。
