鼻内镜辅助下颈前小切口甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术应用效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察鼻内镜辅助下颈前小切口甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术的应用效果。方法选择甲状腺良性肿瘤患者128例,其中64例(观察组)行鼻内镜辅助下颈前小切口甲状腺肿瘤切除术,64例(对照组)行传统的开放性甲状腺切除术,比较两组手术效果。结果两组肿瘤直径、手术总出血量比较,P均>0.05。观察组总手术时间长于对照组,术后引流量、总住院时间均小于对照组,切口视觉模拟评分高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论鼻内镜辅助颈前小切口甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术创伤小、恢复快、切口美观。
