早产孕妇血清IL-6、IL-17和宫颈分泌物fFN水平变化及意义 被引量：15

摘要 目的观察早产孕妇血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-17和宫颈分泌物胎儿纤维连接蛋白(f FN)水平变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用ELISA法检测38例先兆早产孕妇(A组)、30例早产孕妇(B组)和35例同期门诊行产前诊断的正常妊娠孕妇(C组)的血清IL-6、IL-17和宫颈分泌物f FN。结果 A组血清IL-6、IL-17及宫颈分泌物f FN分别为(57.2±13.4)pg/m L、(36.4±7.1)pg/m L、(81.9±15.4)ng/m L,B组分别为(91.3±16.2)pg/m L、(68.3±10.3)pg/m L、(115.6±11.8)ng/m L,C组分别为(26.5±6.7)pg/m L、(17.6±2.5)pg/m L、(7.5±3.6)ng/m L;B组>A组>C组,P均<0.05。结论早产孕妇血清IL-6、IL-17及宫颈分泌物f FN均升高,联合检测对早产具有预测作用。
