摘要
谷云飞认为老年功能性便秘病位在脾胃、大肠,病机总属脾胃气虚,失其健运,夹瘀夹滞,老年体质多虚多瘀。谷老师从老年体质出发,针对虚实夹杂病机,消补兼施,故选用枳术丸为主方。配伍运用提壶揭盖、宣肺以通,升清降浊、行气导滞,塞因塞用、善佐乌梅中医特色方法,同时兼顾西医中药药理潜心组方。亦指出宣教的重要性,如指导饮食、排便等。
GU Yunfei believes that the senile functional constipation is located in the spleen and stomach,the large intestine,and the pathogenesis is spleen and stomach qi deficiency,failure of transportation and transformation,combined with blood stasis. The physique of the elderly is mostly deficiency and blood stasis.Prof. GU started from the physique of the elderly,resolving and tonifying for deficiency-excess in complexity,using Zhizhu Pills as the main Chinese formula. The compatibility uses theoretical features of Chinese medicine such as lifting pot,uncovering the lid,ventilating the lung,ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,moving qi and removing food stagnation,and treating obstructive syndrome with tonics,assist with Wumei(Mume Fructus) and takes into account the pharmacology of western medicine and Chinese formula.It also points out the importance of propaganda and education,such as guiding diet,defecation and so on.
