摘要
建设学习型党组织是新时期党的建设面临的一项全新课题和任务。学习型党组织以其独特的吸引力、影响力、感召力、凝聚力和战斗力,在大学生成长成才中发挥着重要的引领和示范作用。创建大学生学习型党组织既是顺应时代发展的要求,也是加强高校党建工作的需要,更是提高人才培养质量的需要。创建大学生学习型党组织,应进一步理顺体制机制、完善学习平台、创新学习载体,对创建大学生学习型党组织做了理论与实践路径上的探析。
To create college students'learning party organization is a new topic and task about the construction of our party in current times. Learning Party Organization plays a very important role in the development of college students. The creation of College Students'Learning Party Organization keeps up with the development of the times. It is necessary for the construction of the party in colleges and the cultivation of the talents. This paper gives a re-search on the devices of the creation college students'learning party organization theoretically and practically.
