摘要
西晋末年 ,张轨出任凉州地方长官。为了控制凉州达到割据目的。张轨首先运用“以王命凉州”策略 ,以此得西晋皇室的支持。同时 ,他大力笼络凉州地方大族 ,以使他们拥护自己。张轨在凉州恢复生产、发展经济、安置流民 ,同样也获得凉州百姓的支持与拥护。凉州已经成为张轨及其后世子孙的天下 ,形成为一个割据政权。张轨是十六国时期前凉政权的开创者。
In the end of West Jin dynasty.Zhang Gui was appointed the governor of LiangZhou In order to separate the area,Firstly,he got the support of west Jin dynasty by the tactics of'Controling Liang Zhou with emperor's order'.Secondly,he roped in the nobles of Liang Zhou,which made them uphold him.Thirdly.Zhang Gui developed local economy and arranged for the prople who came Liang Zhou from other areas escaping wars,The people of Liang Zhou supported and upholded Zhang Gui of course.Zhang Gui has made Liang Zhou become his and his descendens'room,Liang Zhou was changed into a separatist regime.Zhang Gui was the founder of Qian Liang dynasty.
