摘要
以蒲石河抽水蓄能电站#4机组5个特征水头下的现场稳定性试验数据为基础,选取水轮机工况下从60 MW到额定负荷间阶梯式的13个负荷工况,分析了每个试验水头下各稳定性指标随着有功功率增大的变化趋势及各个负荷工况下试验水头变化时对各稳定性指标的影响,通过对机架振动、导轴承摆度及水流压力脉动等试验数据进行频谱分析,研究了水流压力脉动对机组振动、摆度的影响。依据主机合同技术规范中的相关要求将#4机组在水轮机工况的运行区域划分为A区(稳定运行区)、B区(限制运行区)、C区(强振禁运区)等3个运行区域,为机组安全运行提供实用性的指导依据。
Operating regions in turbine mode for No.4 unit of Pushihe pumped storage power station were partitioned based on the stability test data under five characteristics heads.Test conditions in each head include 13 operation load conditions which were selected staged between 60 MW and rated load in turbine mode.The variation trend of stability parameter with different active power under each test head and the impact on the stability parameters with different test head under each active power condition were analyzed.The influence of fluctuating pressure on the vibration and swing was researched by spectral analysis of the test data of vibration,swing and water pressure fluctuation.According to the relevant requirements of the technical specification,region A(stable operating range),region B(permitted operating range)and region C(disabling operating range)in turbine mode for No.4 unit were partitioned,which provides practical guidance to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
