导向工艺对水工沥青混凝土孔隙率及性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究导向工艺对沥青混凝土孔隙率及性能的影响,利用新研制的沥青混凝土导向工艺设备,采用体积法分析了导向工艺对沥青混凝土孔隙率的影响;利用小梁弯曲试验、斜坡流淌试验探究了导向工艺对沥青混凝土试件的变形能力、斜坡流淌性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过导向工艺所成型的试件,孔隙率可在较少击实次数时满足规范要求;导向工艺对沥青混凝土变形能力无太大影响,但对斜坡流淌性能影响较大。研究结果为导向工艺的应用提供理论基础。 In order to study the impact of guiding technology on porosity and performance of asphalt concrete,the new developed guiding equipment and the volume method were used to analyze the impact of guiding technology on the asphalt concrete porosity.And then the trabecular bending test and slope flow test were adopted to explore the effect of guiding technology on the deformation capacity and slope flow performance of asphalt concrete.The results show that the specimen porosity formed by guiding technology can meet specifications under less compaction times;the guiding technology has no great influence on the deformation capacity of asphalt concrete,but it has obvious influence on the slope flow performance.The research results provide the theoretical basis for the application of the guiding technology.
