摘要
为研究齿型流道结构参数对灌水器水力性能的影响及流道水流流动机理,选取流道结构尺寸参数齿宽a(A)、齿底距b(B)、齿高h(C)为试验因素及流态指数为试验指标,选用L9(34)正交表安排正交试验方案,利用CFD数值模拟软件FLUENT建立各方案模型并进行数值求解,采用极差分析、方差分析及线性回归法分析数值模拟试验结果,并研究了流道内部流场,以解释其消能机理。结果表明,齿形迷宫流道结构参数最优组合为A3B1C3,影响主次顺序为B、C、A;建立结构参数和流态指数间的线性回归模型;流道内部水流依靠漩涡产生局部水头损失达到消能效果。
In order to study the influence of structure parameters of flute profile channel on hydraulic performance and the mechanism of flow channel,the size parameters of flow channel structure such as tooth width,tooth bottom,and height of tooth were selected for experimental parameter,and flow index was selected for test index.And then orthogonal table of L9(34)was selected for the orthogonal experiment scheme,and CFD numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to establish the numerical solution model for obtaining test index after treatment.Range analysis,analysis of variance and linear regression method were used to analyze the numerical simulation results.Finally,the internal flow field was analyzed to explain its energy dissipation mechanism.The results show that the optimal combination of structure parameters on tooth type channel is A3B1C3.The primary and secondary influence order is B,C,A.The linear regression model of flow index and structural parameters was established.Local head loss in internal flow of flow channel produced by the vortex can achieve energy dissipation effect.
