无监测盲点的智能临时接地线管理系统的开发和应用 被引量:4

摘要 根据目前变电站临时接地线管理系统存在的问题,设计了一套由手持地线状态采集器、柜内地线闭锁器、地线桩防误闭锁器和上位机管理软件组成的临时接地线管理系统。该系统可与常规变电站独立五防系统和智能变电站监控五防一体化系统有机配合使用。考虑实际工况,室内采用无线通信式闭锁器具,用于在线监控地线柜中临时接地线的状态;室外现场采用基于1-Wire通信协议的iButton信息纽扣机械闭锁器具,用于在线监控现场临时接地线、网/柜门和手动刀闸等设备的位置状态。系统已在现场试运行,效果明显,能有效促进地线管理的规范化和使用的安全化。 According to the problems existing in the management system of temporary grounding line in substation,this paper designs a set of temporary grounding line management system which is composed of ground state holding collector,cabinet line locking device,anti-misoperation locking device of grounding pile and PC management software.This system is combined with the conventional five anti-substation system and intelligent substation monitoring &control system of the integration of five-precaution.Considering the actual conditions,the indoor wireless locking device is designed to monitor the location status of the temporary grounding wire ground cabinet,and the outdoor mechanical locking device with iButton information button based on 1-Wire communication is used to monitor the location status of the temporary grounding line,Net/cupboard door and manual switches.The system has been tested in the field,and the effect is obviously improved.It can effectively promote the standardization of the management of ground line and the use of safety.
