摘要
潘集矿区的冲积层厚、含水的砂性土层埋藏深、膨胀性粘土层厚、地压及水压大、地温高。在如此复杂的地质条件下,如何正确计算冻结壁厚度和冻结孔布置圈径,具有特别重要的意义本文在潘集冻结试验井、潘一东风井和潘二南风井的冻结壁温度场试验实测和理论计算的基础上,对冻结壁的平均温度特性和内外侧厚度比值等进行了分析研究,提出了有效厚度的冻结壁平均温度和冻结孔布置圈径的计算公式,并在潘集等矿区的深井冻结设计中应用,取得了良好的效果。
In Panji coal fleld the alluvial overburden is thick and the waterbearing sandy soil occurs in great depth. There is also a expansion clay seam。 The ground pressure, the hydrostatic pressure and the ground temperature are high. In such complicated geological conditions, it is important to cor ectly calculate the ice wall thickness and determine the diameter of frozens circle. Based on the measurements of the temperature field at the experimental shaft in Panji region, the eastern ventilation shaft in Panji No. 1 mine and the ventilation shaft in panji No. 2 mine, the author studies the average temperature in ice wallland the ratio of the thicknesses of the inner and the outer parts of the ice wall。 Formulas for calculating the average temperature in ice wall within the effective thickness and the diameter of frozen circle are put forward. And positve results are obtained using these formulas for Panji and other coal fields.
