摘要
本试验以平菇、香菇为例,以液体菌种做原种,对液体菌种在不同温度下的保存期、萌发期、成活率等做了定量的研究,揭示了液体菌种在不同保存温度下的保存期。
This experiment on Pleurotus ostreatus and Lerninus edodes with mushroom breedings in liquid being Primary spawn, reveals the preservation periods of mushroom in liquid under different temperature by investigating the relation between preservation period and temperature.
