摘要
结合多年低压铸造铝镁合金轮胎模具的经验,通过数据分析拟合出计算铝镁合金轮胎模具铸造动态收缩率的计算公式,解决了单一收缩率下低压铸造铝镁合金轮胎模具形位精度不稳定的技术难题,实现了精确控制轮胎模具铸造精度,保证了轮胎模具铸造的成品率。
Based on the experience of Aluminum-magnesium alloy(Al-Mg alloy) tire mold by low-pressure die casting(LPDC) for many years, the formula of dynamic shrinkage rate of Al-Mg alloy tire mold was fitted from data analysis. It solves the technical problem of instable form and position accuracy of LPDC tire mold under single shrinkage rate, thus achieving a precise control of mold casting precision, and ensuring the high yield rate of tire mold.
