摘要
通过分析大型厚壁高锰钢铸件化学成分各元素的含量及作用、凝固特点和结构工艺性。根据分析结果,结合生产实践、相关技术理论资料和公开的研发成果,制定大型厚壁高锰钢铸件铸造工艺、熔炼、热处理、后处理的生产技术要点及注意事项,包括冒口冷铁设置、脱磷脱氧制度、浇注温度控制、加热保温水淬工艺。
The content and the role of each element of the chemical composition, solidification characteristics and molding process of the large thick high-manganese steels have been analyzed in this work.According to the analysis results, combining with production practice,the related technical theory and the public R&D results, the production technical points and considerations of the casting processing, smelting,heat treatment and post-processing of the large thick high-manganese steels have been developed, including the riser cold iron set, the dephosphorization and deoxidation system, the pouring temperature control, the heat insulation, and water quenching.
