管道防腐热熔胶的研究

摘要 本文以EVA接枝马来酸酐(EMV)为主基材,研制了一种管道防腐用热熔胶。讨论了主基材及辅料对胶性能的影响,通过添加特殊种类橡胶弹性体使所制备的热熔胶对PE/PE的剥离现象从4~50℃均发生内聚破坏;对聚乙烯、钢及底漆钢的剥离强度高,23℃剥离强度分别为172 N/cm、243 N/cm和270 N/cm,50℃剥离强度为39 N/cm、47 N/cm和53 N/cm;23℃和50℃搭接剪切强度分别为2.3MPa和0.34MPa;低温脆化温度≤-30℃;各项性能指标均远高于国标值,满足了管道防腐用三层聚乙烯防腐补口的需要。 In this paper,EVA grafted maleic anhydride(EMV)was used as the main base material to develop a hot melt adhesive for pipeline anticorrosion.The influence of main base material and auxiliary material on the properties of the hot adhesive was discussed.The peeling phenomenon of PE/PE by hot melt adhesives prepared by adding special rubber elastomers occurred cohesion damage from 4~50℃.For polyethylene,steel and primer steel,the peeling strength is high,172 N/cm,243 N/cm and 270 N/cm at 23℃,39 N/cm,47 N/cm and 53 N/cm at 50℃,respectively.The shear strength of lap joints at 23℃and 50℃are 2.3 MPa and 0.34 MPa,respectively.Low temperature embrittlement temperature≤-30℃.Each performance index is far higher than the national standard value,which meets the need of three-layer polyethylene anticorrosion repair for pipeline anticorrosion.
