摘要
阿司匹林作为一种经典的非甾体抗炎药,其质量分析控制是常见的实验检测项目。基于阿司匹林和水杨酸均具有紫外吸收,根据紫外分光光度法吸光度的加和性,通过在273nm和297nm波长下测定阿司匹林肠溶片溶液的吸光度,同时检测阿司匹林和水杨酸的含量。该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于阿司匹林肠溶片的质量控制。
Aspirin as a classic non steroidal anti- inflammatory drug,and its quality analysis and control are the most common test items. Based on the UV absorption of aspirin and salicylic acid and the additivity of absorbance,through the determination of the absorbance of aspirin enteric coated tablets in 273 nm and 297 nm,the contents of aspirin and salicylic acid can be simultaneously determined. The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used in quality control of aspirin.
