摘要
目的:观察中医情志护理对颅脑外伤康复期患者心理状态的影响。方法:收集2015年7月至2017年7月入院的200例颅脑外伤康复期患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统护理,观察组患者则加施中医情志护理,比较两组患者心理状态、认知水平与康复效果。结果:观察组患者干预后各维度心理状态评分组间比较均明显低于对照组;定向力、记忆力与计算力、阅读、表达评分、20分钟四肢联动步数、距离、BBS评分与四肢S-FMMFA评分组间比较均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理对颅脑外伤康复期患者心理状态的影响效果显著,具有借鉴意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM emotions on the psychological status of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:200 patients with craniocerebral trauma who were admitted to the hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the controlled group were given traditional nursing.Patients in the observation group were treated with TCM emotions and compared.Mental state,cognitive level and rehabilitation effects.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the scores of the mental state scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group after intervention;The orientation,memory and calculation,reading,expression score,20 min linkage step,distance,BBS score and limbs S-FMMFA.The scores were significantly higher in the comparison group than in the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCM nursing on the psychological state of patients with traumatic brain injury is significant,and it has significance for reference.
