摘要
目的:观察温阳散结法治疗乳腺结节的临床疗效。方法:选取66例乳腺结节患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组给予温阳散结方,并根据中医辨证辅助应用其他方药;对照组给予乳癖消片口服,1个月为1个疗程,治疗时间均为2个疗程。治疗结束后,评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者经治疗前后肿块硬度、肿块范围和肿块大小的变化,血清雌二醇、孕酮和垂体泌乳素水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组(72.7%)。两组经治疗后乳腺肿块硬度、范围和大小评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),结果表明,治疗组应用温阳散结法治疗乳腺结节效果优于对照组。两组患者经治疗后,血清雌二醇和垂体泌乳素水平与治疗前相比均显著降低,孕酮水平显著升高(P<0.05)。且治疗后,治疗组的血清雌二醇和垂体泌乳素水平显著低于对照组,孕酮水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳散结法治疗乳腺结节患者,疗效显著,能显著降低乳腺肿块硬度、范围和大小,调节内分泌激素水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of the treatment of breast nodules by the method of Wenyang Sanjie Method. Methods: Sixty and six cases of breast nodule patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and controlled group,33 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Wenyang Sanjie Decoction,and other auxiliary application according to Chinese medicine prescription. The controlled group was given Rupixiao Tablets,The course of treatment was one month. After the treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups were evaluated. The hardness,range and size of the bossing before and after treatment were compared,and the changes of serum estradiol,progesterone and prolactin levels of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 9%,which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group( 72. 7%). The hardness,range and size of the bossing of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05),the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group( P <0. 05). The results showed that the treatment group was better than the controlled group in the treatment of breast nodules. After treatment,serum estradiol and prolactin levels of two groups of patients were significantly lower than that of before treatment,and the level of progesterone were significantly elevated( P<0. 05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with breast nodules,the effect of the method of Wenyang Sanjie is significant,it can significantly reduce the hardness,range and size of breast lumps,regulate the endocrine hormone level,and it is worthy of clinical application.
