人工髋关节翻修术后假性动脉瘤破裂1例报道并文献回顾

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,65岁,在2017年因股骨头缺血性坏死在外院行人工全髋关节置换术,术后出现人工髋关节假体周围骨折在外院再次行人工髋关节翻修术。于2018年2月5日因左髋部肿痛、活动受限9天入院;入院后X射线检查结果显示左人髋关节脱位并假体周围骨折(见图1A),完善相关检查后于2018年2月12日行左侧人工髋关节翻修术.
