摘要
目的:为了提高老年呼吸系统疾病患者院内感染控制效果,分析和研究实施预防性护理的价值和意义。方法:按照随机数字表的要求从2016年5月至2017年5月在我院治疗的股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨折合并老年呼吸系统疾病患者中选取100例作为研究对象并进行分组,其中接受传统护理措施的设为对照组,接受预防性护理干预措施的设为试验组,对比不同护理措施对疗效、感染控制效果、感染控制时间的影响。结果:研究结果表明,和对照患者相比试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显提高,且试验组患者感染控制时间和住院时间明显缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年呼吸系统疾病患者在治疗期间接受预防性护理措施,不仅可以提高治疗效果,而且能够缩短院内感染控制时间和住院时间,效果显著,值得推广和借鉴。
Objective: to improve the control effect of nosocomial infection in the elderly patients with respiratory diseases, and to analyze and study the value and significance of the implementation of preventive nursing.
